Mirror Mirror, to open Friday May 30th in theatres everywhere, is a magical must see film! It is indeed a hilarious film made for the entire family! The film showcases the Snow White fairytale from a completely different perspective. I loved the sarcasm, comedy and what can I say - I am a romantic - so the slight ”fairy tale, sweep me off my feet” type romance kinda got me too.. awww… The film was quite fascinating. Not only did it captivates the child audience, but also had the parents in laughter and engaged in the film. They had just as much fun as the kids and seemed to collectively enjoy the film, as well. Mirror Mirror is a great family film. Bravo! Loved it!!

This is what our Her Review guests had to say about Mirror Mirror after the private screening in Los Angeles.
”Mirror Mirror, is a must see!! The Movie was so cute. Loved the Dwarfs!! My 15yr old daughter & her Teen friends Loved it!! ~P. Checa
“Very cute! totally safe for all ages. It’s a fresh take on the traditional story with a traditional happy ending. The actress who plays Snow is GORGEOUS! She looks exactly like a young Elizabeth Taylor! Loved the sarcasm of the script. Didn’t care for: the bad English accents were not required for the story. Sorry. Didn’t get the need for the Bollywood type song and dance during the end credits.” ~D. Kurman
“We loved it! Even my husband loved it, especially the action, and we all laughed through the entire movie. The dwarves were my favorite and of course, Olivia loved Snow White. We would go see it again! I’ve recommended it to everyone who has asked.” ~ J. Waldron Whitley
“Thank You very much for the preview of the movie Mirror Mirror.Wanted to let you know that not only did the kids have fun but the adults were laughing and cheering just as much. It was exciting from start to finish. Thumbs up from this crowd!!” ~R. Baumgartner
HerReview’s Red Carpet Experience
Her Review was invites to the Mirror Mirror Red Carpet Premiere at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre earlier this month, where we rubbed shoulders at the after party with some of the films stars including Lily Collins (Snow White). We spent a lot of the day with some local mom influencers like Romy of Romy Raves, Shelby Barone, Bridget Pugh Doshi and Linette O’Neill. Well, you already know that we loved the movie…lets us now tell you a little bit about how much fun we had at the premiere and royal after party!
The day started off with ride by limo (in pouring rain) to the theatre where we were greated by the princesses of the Princess Pavillion. Talk about tiaras and fancy dresses! Woah! My daughter and her guest were exstatic and I secretly wanted to get dolled up too, ut well, I left that for the kids. After walking the red carpet, we proceeded to the movie theatre were we were provided with drinks, yummy popcorn, and a gift bag for the kids which included a “chapter book” of the movie. Nice!
After the movie, we were prevvy to attend the “Fairytale After Party” at the luxurious Roosevelt hotel. There was plenty to do for all the kids including coloring, carnival games, candy station, crown decorating, airbrush tattoo and so much more – you have no idea! I believe that the entire activity section may have been sponsored on some level by Oriental Trading Company. The food spread was quite grand and nothing short of amazing! Oh and we even got to sample some DELISH Fluff Ice! Oh YUM!
In attendance was the Mirror Mirror cast and a few other celebs I ran into along the way, including: Eva LaRue, Victoria Justice, Amanda Millin, Debby Ryan, Kalia Prescott and my daughter even got to meet one of the winners of her favorite show (Shark Tank), Dominique McClainBarteet of OneSole. Thanks for visiting Her Review! XO, Laura
